The AUBY-MASSOL law firm

The Auby-Massol law firm was created in 1948 by the president of the bar Robert AUBY, barrister at Béziers.

Mrs Florence AUBY, barrister since 1980, is currently at the head of the law firm, located in Montpellier under the form of a limited liability company (SELARL: société d’exercice liberal à responsabilité limitée), created in 1987.

Since its beginning, the law firm has the particularity to offer a great level of competencies in public and private law due to the diversity of each specialised barrister. Corporate and public law represent the main activities of the law firm.

New premises of 300 m2 have been designed by the firm in 2009, which are ideally located at 100 meters away from the train station and tram and allows a considerable gain of time in case of any displacements.

The AUBY-MASSOL law firm has efficient logistics at its disposal which allows an immediate responsiveness due to the fact that the team is used to work according to agreements or subscriptions concluded with local and territorial collectivities and companies, who have urgent requirements.

Priority is given to the management of our dossiers by providing appropriate solutions by the means of great responsiveness. Mrs AUBY as well as all the barristers work efficiently due to their long-term experience in various domains of law that are related to their areas of specialization such as: contract law, public procurement law, property legislation, environmental law, public domain and public service legislation, corporate law, commercial law, urbanistic law, enforcement actions and collective procedure rights.

Le law firm has numerous national and international privileged “partners” in Paris, Nîmes and Béziers former bar of the law firm.
